Most customers receive a single bill from the utility showing delivery (utility) and supply (Indra Energy) charges. Some territories may issue separate bills. The bill clearly lists each component.
For electric plans, we match 100% of your usage with Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) from wind/solar. For gas plans, we purchase verified carbon offsets equal to 100% of your usage—supporting projects like reforestation and methane capture.
