Indra Energy’s $25/$25 Welcome Reward Promotion

Terms, conditions & restrictions apply to this limited time promotion. Indra Energy’s (“Indra”) Welcome Reward and/or Welcome Reward Promotion is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with Indra’s Loyalty Rebate Program or any other offers. Indra’s Welcome Reward Promotion is only available to certain consumers with a valid Indra Welcome Reward Promotional Code (“Promo Code”) and who sign a new contract with Indra for electric supply service in eligible service territories in Illinois, New Jersey, Delaware, District of Columbia and Massachusetts, or natural gas supply service in Virginia, Michigan, and Indiana, on or after October 1, 2023 (“Eligible Customers”) (the “Promotion”). Eligible Customers that enroll with Indra using a valid Promo Code will become eligible to receive a $25 Welcome Reward (“Welcome Rewards”) approximately thirty (30) days (or forty-five (45) for Michigan customers) after their service start date with Indra; and may become eligible for another $25 bonus Welcome Reward approximately six (6) months after their service start date so long as they are current on payments for Indra’s supply charges at that time and remain an active customer with Indra. For the avoidance of doubt, Eligible customers must remain on Indra’s service for a full six (6) consecutive billing cycles from their service start date to be eligible for the second $25 Welcome Reward. Please refer to your Terms & Conditions of Service with Indra for full details on your energy supply service and additional product information. Partial billing cycles and/or partial months of service are not acceptable and will not receive any Welcome Reward(s). A valid email address must be provided to be eligible to receive a Welcome Reward from Indra. Eligible customers will receive their first $25 Welcome Reward if they have remained a customer on flow with Indra for at least 30 consecutive calendar days from the start date and full payment for such services has also been received by Indra. The $25 Welcome Reward will be sent to the customer approximately thirty (30) to sixty (60) days after full payment for 30 days of service has been received by Indra. If an eligible new customer continues to receive 6 consecutive months of energy service and full payment for such service is received by Indra, the customer will receive an additional $25 Welcome Reward approximately 30 to 60 days thereafter. No customer under any circumstances will receive more than $50 in Welcome Reward or for any other program or promotion. Eligible participants will have a choice to redeem their digital Welcome Reward in one of three ways: 1) for a gift card(s) redeemable at certain participating retailers & restaurants; 2) for a Visa® Prepaid Card; or 3) for double of the promotional value of your Welcome Reward as credit for use towards purchases of certain qualifying energy products from our partner’s online marketplace. The Welcome Reward can only be redeemed by visiting the website welcomereward.eeincentives.com. By participating in Indra’s Welcome Reward, you acknowledge that additional terms and restrictions imposed by a third-party may apply to the bonus option(s) you select to redeem. An Eligible Customer will have 12 months from the date of the applicable redemption email from Indra to redeem their Welcome Reward. Limit two (2) $25 Welcome Rewards (valuing up to $50 in total) per Customer All Welcome Rewards expire at the end of 12 months after issuance and no Welcome Reward or Welcome Reward offers shall be available or honored to anyone after December 31st, 2025, unless extended by Indra in its sole discretion. If your energy account(s), and/or Welcome Reward is closed either by you, Indra, and/or by any third party for any reason all of your unused Welcome Rewards shall be immediately forfeited. Indra and/or any third party may terminate your energy account, or Welcome Rewards for any reason, in their sole discretion. Indra may change or terminate these Terms and Conditions and/or the Welcome Reward Promotion at any time in Indra’s sole discretion. We may, for example, change the way Welcome Rewards are offered, earned, or forfeited. We may also change the selection of Welcome Reward. We may make changes at any time without any responsibility or compensation to you or anyone else. Indra will not notify you if your Welcome Reward expire, or are terminated, or are forfeited for any reason. You are not entitled to compensation from Indra, or any other entity, when your Welcome Reward are terminated, expire, or are forfeited for any reason. Indra may waive any obligation you have under these Terms and Conditions without losing our right to enforce that same obligation at a later time. We will not lose any of our rights under these Terms and Conditions if we delay taking action for any reason, or if we take any other action. This Welcome Reward Promotion (“Promotion”) is offered in connection with a third-party merchant and is subject to additional terms and conditions, warranties, or other requirements of the merchant, manufacturer, or other provider of Welcome Reward. You agree to release and hold Indra, and all parties associated with the Promotion, harmless from any claim, liability, or damage relating to the Promotion or your use of Welcome Reward (“Reward”). You are responsible for all activity in your Welcome Rewards Account. Indra and any of the service providers:

  • Are not responsible for the quality or performance of Reward, or the products purchased or obtained with Reward;
  • Do not make any guarantee, warranty, or representation of any kind regarding Reward, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Do not endorse any Reward, merchant, or other provider of a Reward in connection with the Promotion;
  • Are not responsible for merchants, manufacturers, or other providers of Reward that discontinue or cancel a Reward for any reason, including, but not limited to bankruptcy;
  • Are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the Promotion or redemption of a Reward; and
  • Have no liability to you in connection with the Promotion, even if these Terms and Conditions include anything to the contrary.

The promotional value of the Welcome Reward depends on the redemption options selected and cannot be redeemed for US currency and may only be redeemed for the Welcome Reward offered through Indra’s Welcome Reward Promotion. You may not purchase Welcome Reward or transfer Welcome Reward. Additionally, you may not transfer or sell any Welcome Reward. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating in this Promotion, an Eligible Consumer agrees that, except where prohibited, all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of third parties in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of New York. The utility electric supply price-to-compare is the sum of the electric supply charge and the transmission services charge and but does not include the purchased electricity adjustment. Indra is not the same entity as your electric delivery company. You are not required to enroll with Indra.

AMEREN: Beginning on October 1, 2023, Ameren Illinois Price to Compare is [0 – 800kWh 8.107 cents per kWh] [ >800kWh 7.094 cents per kWh]. The electric utility electric supply price will expire on May 31, 2024.

ComEd: Beginning on October 1, 2023, the ComEd Price to Compare is 6.872 cents per kWh. The electric utility electric supply price will expire May 31, 2024.

The utility electric supply price to compare does not include the purchased electricity adjustment factor. The purchased electricity adjustment factor may range between +.5 cents and -.5 cents per kilowatt hour.
