Renters and homeowners are both eligible as long as they have enrolled with Indra Energy.

Can I enroll if I already have an Indra Energy account?

All Indra Energy customers are automatically enrolled into the reward program. You can log in with your account details to at indraenergyrewards.com.

What kinds of rewards can I earn?

Indra Energy customers earn Reward Dollars, and access to fun bonuses and giveaways directly through the reward program.

What are Reward Dollars?

Reward Dollars aren’t quite cash, but rather they’re promotional rewards that can be used to get exclusive deals, discounts, and VIP savings in over 1 million ways. For example, you can use your Reward Dollars to get 20% off your next oil change or a free cup of coffee, or to get a buy-one-get-one-free meal at a local restaurant, or 10% off a gift card, or 30% off your next stay at a hotel. There are new ways to use your Reward Dollars every day.

How do I redeem rewards?

Dining: The dining benefit offers a variety of restaurants and takeout savings from your favorite local restaurants. Simply put in your zip code to find offers nearby. Click on the offer you like best and use your Reward Dollars to unlock great savings. Travel: The travel benefit is similar to other travel sites you might be familiar with. Simply plug in the destination you’re looking to travel to and you’ll be shown the hotel and resort deals available to you. Online Shopping: Online shopping works like Amazon or other ecommerce sites. Browse a wide variety of products in categories like tech, beauty, athletic apparel, home goods and more. If you see something you like, click on it and it’ll show the cost, and how many Reward Dollars you can apply towards your purchase. Gift Cards: Click on the gift cards for places like Chili’s, J. Crew, Macy’s, Wayfair, Buffalo Wild Wings, and more. You can get 10% off gift cards for your favorite restaurants and stores! Daily Deals: The Daily Deal features one of the day’s very best deals. It could be a totally free gift card, or a product that’s up to 70% off. If you like the deal and want to use your Reward Dollars towards it, simply click “Get this Deal”.

How often will I earn rewards?

Every month! We make a new Reward Dollars deposit on the first of every month as long as you’re still an active customer.

Never! Your Reward Dollars are banked month over month and don’t expire. So if you earned 50 Reward Dollars this month and don’t use any, you’ll have 100 Reward Dollars by next month.

I signed up but don’t see any rewards - what do I do?

First, confirm your registration is complete and your email is verified. Rewards may take up to 48 hours to appear. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.
